Vonnas

Less than an hour’s drive from Vergisson, Vonnas is a pretty village famous for its gourmet dining.  Set in a rich, fertile agricultural landscape this is the home of one of France’s most famous chefs, Georges Blanc. The streets and public areas are bedecked with flowers in the summer.  There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and a central spa hotel for a longer stay.
